Meet the Staff

Melisa Goe – Practice Manager

melisa-goe Melisa Goe is the Practice Manager at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  She has extensive experience as a clinical operations manager for Kalispell Regional Healthcare, and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.  Melisa has been instrumental in creating successful teams in several clinics, to promote excellent patient care for all patients in the Flathead Valley, and she is passionate about her work.  She feels honored to work with the patients and staff at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Melisa coordinates all patient-related functions, public relations, business operations, staff management, sales and marketing efforts.   Her work ethic, drive, and compassion contribute to the success of our growing plastic surgery practice.

Melisa has lived in Montana for 22 years with her husband, Todd, and raised three wonderful children.  They are now experiencing the joy of having their first granddaughter.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the beautiful and serene outdoors of the Flathead Valley.

Kristy Ehrmantraut – Certified Physician Assistant

kristy-ehrmantrautKristy Ehrmantraut a surgical physician assistant at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Her field of expertise for the last 12 years has been plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on cosmetic procedures.  Her many roles include assisting the plastic surgeons in the operating room and being an integral part of the postoperative care of our patients.   She performs local skin procedures in the office and specializes in skin care, skin cancer and acne treatment, and aesthetic injectables.  She brings an extensive background and knowledge in cosmetic procedures, services and products.  Kristy attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham surgical physician assistant program graduating Cum Laude and moved to the Flathead Valley in 2010.    She is excited and honored to be a part of the team at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Kristy’s caring demeanor, eye for detail, and well-respected skills make her the perfect addition to our comprehensive team.

Janelle Borgen – Patient Liaison and Clinical Assistant III

janelle-borgenA member of Montana’s medical community since 2005, Janelle has been a Clinical Assistant in the Flathead Valley since 2007.     Janelle comes to us with four years of plastic surgery experience and is a great addition to our clinical team. She brings an extensive background and knowledge in cosmetic procedures, services and products.  As Patient Liaison, she serves as a personal contact for   patients and works to schedule surgery and make the process as easy as possible.    She will be there to answer any questions you may have before and after your visit as well as help bridge a positive and open relationship with our entire practice.  For patients who come from out of town, Janelle is here to help navigate the logistics of surgical planning and the entire experience.  Janelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and volunteers at every opportunity. She extends hope, that in her every effort to assist the patients of Glacier View Plastic Surgery, “we can all get to know one another and enjoy these relationships for a lifetime”.

Cheyenne Veyna – Clerical Associate and Licensed Cosmetologist

cheyenne-moore-for-printCheyenne is a Licensed Cosmetologist and worked in the beauty industry before joining our team in the spring of 2014.  She is a strong asset to our clerical team and brings a warm and caring face to Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Cheyenne works hard to ensure that all of your phone questions are handled appropriately and helps streamline the appointment process.  She will be happy to discuss our line of ZO skin care products and scar therapies with you.  Cheyenne’s attention to detail will ensure that your visit to GVPS is both comfortable and enjoyable.  When not working with the team at GVPS, you can often find Cheyenne enjoying the outdoors with her husband.

Cora Roloff – Clerical Associate

cora-roloffCora is here to assist you in all aspects of your appointment, from scheduling and appointment reminders, to getting you registered at your initial appointment.  She graduated from The University of Montana College of Technology in 2007 with a Paralegal degree and again in 2009 with a degree in Management in Sales and Marketing.  Cora enjoys the interactions that she has each day with all of the GVPS clients and brings a genuine enthusiasm to all aspects of her work.  Outside of her work at GVPS, Cora coaches many of the sports that her young son, Mason, plays.

Jenny Masa – Surgical Assistant II

Jenny has been working in medicine since 2002. Jenny moved to Montana in 2013, while finishing her masters from University Miami Ohio.  Jenny spent six years working in the primate medicine surgery department at U.C. Davis, California with a focus in anesthesia, imaging and emergency medicine. Her comprehensive education and nontraditional work experience make her an exciting new addition to our practice. She has traveled extensively doing graduate field work in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe.  Jenny loves to be outside exploring the Flathead with her family and dogs. She greatly looks forward to this new adventure with us here at Glacier View plastic Surgery, and hopes to make “each patients experience as comfortable as possible”.

Sue Haveman – Billing / Authorization Specialist

Sue’s many years of medical billing experience has made her an asset to the Glacier View Plastic Surgery patients and team.  Her knowledge of the medical insurance industry allows patients to be able to make informed decisions when considering a procedure.  During the summer months Sue can be found boating Flathead Lake and River with her husband Justin.
