Meet the Staff

Melisa Goe – Operations Manager

melisa-goe Melisa Goe is the Practice Manager at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  She has extensive experience as a clinical operations manager for Kalispell Regional Healthcare, and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive.  Melisa has been instrumental in creating successful teams in several clinics, to promote excellent patient care for all patients in the Flathead Valley, and she is passionate about her work.  She feels honored to work with the patients and staff at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Melisa coordinates all patient-related functions, public relations, business operations, staff management, sales and marketing efforts.   Her work ethic, drive, and compassion contribute to the success of our growing plastic surgery practice.

Melisa has lived in Montana for 22 years with her husband, Todd, and raised three wonderful children.  They are now experiencing the joy of having their first granddaughter.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the beautiful and serene outdoors of the Flathead Valley.


Kristy Ehrmantraut – Certified Physician Assistant

Kristy Ehrmantraut a surgical physician assistant at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Her field of expertise for the last 12 years has been plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on cosmetic procedures.  Her many roles include assisting the plastic surgeons in the operating room and being an integral part of the postoperative care of our patients.   She performs local skin procedures in the office and specializes in skin care, skin cancer and acne treatment, and aesthetic injectables.  She brings an extensive background and knowledge in cosmetic procedures, services and products.  Kristy attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham surgical physician assistant program graduating Cum Laude and moved to the Flathead Valley in 2010.    She is excited and honored to be a part of the team at Glacier View Plastic Surgery.  Kristy’s caring demeanor, eye for detail, and well-respected skills make her the perfect addition to our comprehensive team.


Jenny Masa – Lead Clinical Coordinator/Surgical Assistant II

Jenny has been working in medicine since 2002. Her comprehensive education and nontraditional work experience make her an exciting addition to our Glacier View Plastic Surgery team. Jenny possesses strong organizational skills and has the ability to successfully meet the demands of a busy practice; all while ensuring that the patients receive exceptional service and care.

Jenny moved to Montana in 2013, while finishing her masters from University Miami Ohio. She spent six years working in the primate medicine surgery department at U.C. Davis, California with a focus in anesthesia, imaging and emergency medicine.

Jenny has traveled extensively doing graduate field work in Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. Jenny loves to be outside exploring the Flathead with her family and dogs.


Janelle Borgen, Marketing Specialist/Clinical Assistant III

A member of Montana’s medical community since 2005, Janelle has been a Clinical Assistant in the Flathead Valley since 2008. She brings an extensive background in pre-hospital and hospital care, including several years in plastic and cosmetic surgery. This experience makes Janelle an all –around asset to Glacier View Plastic Surgery, stepping in to help wherever she is needed! Janelle strives to bridge a positive and open relationship between our patients and our entire practice.

Her vast array of knowledge in cosmetic procedures, services and products; paired with her positive and upbeat energy, makes her the perfect fit for marketing and planning our patient related functions and events. You will often see Janelle’s smiling face representing Glacier View Plastic Surgery around the Flathead Valley and on our social media sites!

Janelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is an avid volunteer.


Cherry Sovann-Hickethier – Registered Medical Assistant

Cherry is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) who joined the Glacier View Plastic Surgery team with over 10 years patient care experience. She is passionate about serving our community, with courtesy and respect. Cherry brings a positive presence to our team and serves as a great resource for our patients from their very first consultation. Cherry works directly with Dr. Spring and Dr. Hromadka to ensure each patient visit is as comfortable as possible. She is a methodical medical assistant who strives to improve patient care and keeps safety a primary goal.

Cherry is the wife of a veteran Marine and a mother to two children. She enjoys couponing, floating, paddle boarding local waters and hiking in Glacier National Park.


Kathleen Passmore – Patient Care Coordinator

Kathleen joined Glacier View Plastic Surgery in November 2017, and has quickly become an integral team member as the Patient Care Coordinator. As our PCC, she serves as a personal contact for our clients and she works closely with them, to make their experience with Glacier View Plastic Surgery as seamless as possible. She is here to help with questions one might have before and after consulting.
Kathleen comes to us with an Associate Degree in business, before joining The Health Center in 2013; she was a medical transcriptionist for 11 years.

She was born and raised in the Flathead, and raised her children here in the valley as well. Kathleen has been married to her husband, Blake, for over 30 years. They have three children and are proud grandparents. You will often find them in Glacier Park, hiking, summiting mountains, and enjoying the spectacular beauty that Montana has to offer.


Sue Haveman – Billing / Authorization Specialist

Sue has been with Glacier View Plastic Surgery since 2016. Sue’s many years of medical billing experience has made her an asset to our patients and team. Her knowledge of the medical insurance industry allows patients to be able to make informed decisions when considering a procedure.

During the summer months Sue can be found boating Flathead Lake and River with her husband Justin.


Elizabeth Bell – Clerical Associate

Liz joined our team when she moved to the Flathead Valley in 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Montana. Her professional background consists of interior design and customer service.

Liz does a majority of the social media marketing for Glacier View Plastic Surgery and is instrumental in planning the practice events. She works closely with the graphic designer and marketing specialists for the practice, creating promotional marketing and advertising ads. Liz is also happy to answer questions, from check-in to scheduling return visits and everything in between, with the goal of fostering a pleasant experience for patients on their journey toward reaching their goals.

When she is not working, Liz enjoys spending time with her young daughter and exploring everything the beautiful Flathead Valley has to offer.


Carey Irby – Clerical Associate

Carey joined Glacier View Plastic Surgery April of 2016, and helps to maintain a very busy front office. Carey has made it her goal to make all feel important and be as helpful as possible. She offers an even keel on our busiest of days, and has quickly become well trained on ZO, our skin care line. She enjoys investing in the relationships built in the work place.

Carey was born and raised in a small town in Arizona. She moved to Colorado after high school, where she went to vocational school and graduated with an Aesthetics degree. Carey has worked in customer relations and management for more than 20 years. Carey moved to Montana in 2013 and loves exploring the Flathead with her two beautiful children. She has a creative passion and spends her free time oil painting and building intricate and very original pieces of furniture. Carey has two busy boys who love sports, super heroes, and being creative with Legos.
